Also available is the M254 four-cylinder petrol engine with a new generator (ISG) that produces an additional 20 horsepower and 180 Nm of torque. The car will also have a 48-volt electrical system and a power recovery system with ICE off.

The Mercedes-AMG E53 2021 is based on a 3-liter 6-cylinder linear engine with turbo and the EQ Post system generates 429 hp and 520 Nm of torque.
All engine options for the E-Class 2021 are connected with a 9-speed automatic transmission.

Mercedes also launched the 3.0 liter M256 petrol engine for the car, which also features the ISG system. The E-Class 2021 will be launched in the second half of this year.
